WPB Series High Precision Powder Dosing System

Brief Intro:

Walthmac WPB series high precision powder feeding system is widely used in engineering plastics, chemical industry, cable, food, medicine, building materials and other fields of high precision feeding occasions. The system can be used independently and in combination for the quantitative feeding requirements of sticky materials and other difficult materials. At the same time, there are various design feeding screw types for users to choose. WPB online feeding system batching, mixing precision are up to international industry.



System Principle：

WPB precision powder feeder/distributor for dynamic loading system, the system using the principle of real-time automatic control and feed correction rate, feed rate constant, in the case of for multicomponent feed, according to the actual amount out of extrusion machine, automatic adjust the various components of the feed rate of the material, system has a greater range of material use. The multi-component system can be optionally equipped with meter weight metering control function to control the product weight per meter.

It is suitable for high-precision proportion addition of auxiliary materials (such as masterbatch, powder and auxiliary agent) in production.
